Occupancy rose 264,000 SF as vacancy increased 0.2% to 8.7% & average Class A asking rents increased 4.8% over previous quarter levels to $61.82 per SF

 

SLATE BACK BAY Q1 2019 HIGHLIGHTS

Vacancy rose 0.2% on negative absorption of 21,000 SF as average Class A asking rents rose 14.7% to $76.64 per SF

 

SLATE FRINGE Q1 2019 HIGHLIGHTS

Vacancy remained stable at 6.2% as tenants absorbed 6,000 SF & average Class B asking rents increased 3.8% to $42.58 per SF

 

SLATE SEAPORT Q1 2019 HIGHLIGHTS

Vacancy dipped 2.7% as occupancy levels rose 330,000 SF & average Class B asking rents edged up 2.7% to $47.06 per SF

 

SLATE CAMBRIDGE Q1 2019 HIGHLIGHTS

Tenants absorbed 23,000 SF, though vacancy increased 0.5% to 3.0% as average Class A asking rents spiked 3.4%, to $68.20 per SF

 

SLATE STREETCAR Q1 2019 HIGHLIGHTS

Vacancy dropped 0.5% to 5.2% on 89,000 SF of positive absorption while average Class A asking lease rates rose 2.5% to $42.41 per SF

 

SLATE NORTH Q1 2019 HIGHLIGHTS


Occupancy levels rose 188,000 SF, lowering vacancy 0.5% to 15.5% as average Class A asking lease rates increased 1.6% over prior quarter levels, to $25.17 per SF

 

SLATE WEST Q1 2019 HIGHLIGHTS

Occupancy levels rose a scant 21,000 SF as vacancy increased 0.1% to 13.3% and average Class A asking rents increased 1.0% to $33.49 per SF

 

SLATE SOUTH Q1 2019 HIGHLIGHTS

Vacancy increased 0.1% to 12.1% as tenants vacated a net 8,000 SF & average Class A asking rents increased 1.2% to $24.21 per SF
