Perry CRE Expands Team with the Addition of Victoria Bond as Creative Marketing Associate

Within this role, Victoria will focus on developing specific marketing plans, as well as, designing high quality graphics and marketing collateral needed for several different aspects within the company.

Victoria joins Perry CRE’s expanding platform with extensive marketing and graphic design experience. Prior to joining Perry CRE, Victoria began her career as a graphic designer at Sapphire Digital, assisting with the company’s rebrand and creating marketing collateral for numerous company programs. Victoria earned her B.F.A. in Graphic Design from University of Rhode Island and will bring much enthusiasm and creativity to her new marketing role.

Perry and Scheer Launch Boston-Based Lab Workspace Services Venture

Perry and Scheer Partners today announce the formation of Bridge, an advisory group providing workspace services to biotechnology and other users of advanced, functionally-driven workspaces and consulting services to the laboratory real estate investor community.

Bridge will offer an established Boston-based real estate platform and best-in-class location analytics with a veteran perspective on science-focused real estate. Bridge will combine its own staff, along with certain existing staff of both Perry and Scheer. Among other things, Bridge will extensively apply “GOsaic,” Perry’s proprietary geostatistical set of analytical tools, in its advisory to help businesses make optimal workspace location choices.

Mike Edward Elevated to President of Rapidly Growing CRE Advisory Perry

Perry announces the appointment of 35-year real estate services veteran Michael S. Edward as President. Mr. Edward joined Perry in July 2016 as Executive Vice President and has played a key role in expansion of the Perry platform.
