Linville C. Martin
Specializing in leasing and investment sale transactions, Lin understands the needs of property owners through his experience as a former owner of multiple commercial real estate projects. A 20+ year veteran, Lin has handled transactions with a total value of in excess of $350 million.
Lin continues to utilize the expertise he gained as a former attorney who specialized in transactional law and real estate litigation and understands the practical part of the real estate market through his experience as a former commercial real estate developer.
In addition to Lin’s dedication and passion for commercial real estate transactions, Lin is also very active in the community. Lin is a faculty lecturer at USD and UCSD, is a member and former Chair of the Mission Valley YMCA Board of Management, and has served on several Technical Advisory Panels for the Urban Land Institute, as well as numerous Committees and Task Forces for the Centre City Development Corporation.
Laura Goodwin
Laura Goodwin formed GoodwinCM as a construction management consultancy after more than 15 years and more than one million square feet of projects completed for building owners, property managers and tenants. GoodwinCM manages interior tenant improvements and capital improvements projects, and performs due diligence investigations for property owners and asset managers, as well as working directly with tenants to guide them through the design, construction and occupancy of their new offices.
